1. Use of Services
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or enter into service agreements with Neon Plume Design House.
1.2 Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy in describing our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on our site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors displayed on screens may not accurately represent actual product colors.
2.2 Custom Work
Custom orders are subject to design approval before production begins. Once you approve a proof and production has started, cancellations may not be possible. We will communicate timelines and approval checkpoints clearly before beginning any custom work. Custom orders are generally non-refundable once production has begun. If there is an error on our part, we will make it right.
2.3 Design Ownership
Original designs created by Neon Plume Design House remain our intellectual property unless a separate licensing or transfer agreement is executed. Clients receive the right to use designs for their approved application. Designs provided by clients remain the client's property.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Custom Quotes
Custom project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may be adjusted if project scope changes after the initial quote.
3.2 Payment Terms
Custom projects require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before delivery or pickup. Shop purchases are due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to hold orders until payment is received in full.
3.3 Oklahoma Sales Tax
Orders shipped to or picked up in Oklahoma are subject to applicable Oklahoma sales tax (currently 8.625% for Oklahoma City).
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping
We ship nationwide from Oklahoma City, OK. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or in your project quote. Production timelines begin after deposit receipt and proof approval.
4.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Shop Products
We accept returns on non-customized shop products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at info@neonplume.design to initiate a return.
5.2 Custom Orders
Due to the bespoke nature of custom work, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. If there is an error on our part — wrong design, wrong color, wrong quantity — we will remake or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns on custom orders due to buyer's remorse or change of preference after proof approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
Neon Plume Design House's total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Neon Plume Design House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
